About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and product development teams
- Ensures clear communication and alignment of objectives

- Applies data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation to identify process improvement and innovation opportunities
- Develops and presents reports and insights to help achieve operational targets and goals

- Analyzes industry and geographic trends, competitor market research, and current/potential client behaviors
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to model potential outcomes of business plans
- Coordinates with external stakeholders to gather and integrate information on industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and client dynamics
- Designs and develops frameworks for analyzing and interpreting business intelligence data
- Enhances analytical processes within the business analysis function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing large-scale projects or processes that significantly contribute to the organization’s performance
- Ability to tackle semi-complex and often challenging problems, requiring analysis and sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners such as clients or vendors
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and determine appropriate methods and procedures for new assignments and lead teams or initiatives
- Strong foundation of knowledge for the position
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and requirements documentation
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Ability to analyze business intelligence data, industry and geographic trends, competitor market research, and client behaviors
