Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex and broad data analysis to inform decisions on group operations, strategic planning, and high-impact business issues
- Direct the collection, modeling, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets
- Identify key trends and patterns to uncover business influences
- Develop forecasts, insights, and strategic/tactical recommendations based on business data and operational knowledge
- Determine optimal analytical approaches and create innovative methods to improve workflows
- Enhance analytical architecture and procedures
- Partner with stakeholders to assess business needs and model potential outcomes of strategic initiatives
- Lead team projects and programs to resolve business issues, including meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up

- Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business requirements and available data

- Research external best practices and evaluate suitability for internal application

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant business analysis experience
- Strong breadth and depth of knowledge in Cash operations, systems, and metrics
- In-depth knowledge of products/services supported by District Cash Support
- Prior experience leading teams and working independently on complex projects
- Proven experience collecting, transforming, analyzing, and reporting complex data to drive major business decisions
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to meet stakeholder needs
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Project management experience preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Experience with programming languages such as R or Python preferred
- Advanced skills in SQL, MS Power Apps, MS Project, MS Access, or similar database tools preferred
