Key responsibilities & impact- Support Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, process oversight, and Excel-based reporting
- Focus on TennCare Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF CHOICES) and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
- Monitor data for timeliness and compliance standards
- Assist with external audits
- Identify and investigate potential issues
- Analyze data and trends
- Recommend process improvements and support solution development
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders on compliance activities, audit reviews, reporting, and operational improvements
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within established deadlines
- Design, develop, assess, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures
- Identify business process improvement projects and recommend efficiencies to management
- Conduct cost/benefit evaluations of external and internal resources
- Analyze business requirements and production specifications to improve management operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 3 years of technical or operational experience required
- Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must reside in the State of Tennessee
- Ability to work either 6:45 AM–3:15 PM CST or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM CST
- Previous team lead experience highly preferred
- Professional conduct and auditing credentials preferred
- ECF CHOICES/LTSS experience preferred
