About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions
- Provide analytics and reporting services
- Improve and automate transaction processing systems
- Advise organizational units and teams to ensure timely service delivery or issue resolution
- Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in brokerage processing preferred
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
- Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
