About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions
- Assist customers with orders, donations, and ministry information
- Enter orders and process credit card payments accurately while following PCI compliance standards
- Develop knowledge of ministry resources, devotionals, and products
- Address concerns and complaints professionally and identify solutions
- Update and manage customer information in the database
- Collect customer feedback to share with leadership
- Make follow-up or outbound calls as needed
- Assist with returning calls from third-party call centers
- Support training of new team members when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows
- Mature Christian faith with a passion for Bible engagement and ministry service
- Commitment to the ministry’s statement of faith and values
- Lifestyle consistent with biblical principles and desire for continued spiritual growth
- Salesforce experience preferred
