Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the end-to-end delivery framework for network releases and ensure mandates are well-managed and partners are supported
- Collaborate with technical teams to define network and gateway release schedules, communicate milestones, and establish internal milestones
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely submission of change requests and adherence to governance standards
- Oversee revision of Operating Rules and technical documentation for clarity and accuracy
- Provide proactive communication and expert guidance to network participants throughout the release lifecycle
- Partner with the NetDocs team to disseminate network release documentation and communications
- Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction
- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment
- Ensure projects are appropriately documented to mitigate risk and delivered on time
- Use problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
- Partner cross-functionally with project customers to drive project delivery
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver commitments
- Coach and develop a team of associates through leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 Years Project Management experience
- Masters or MBA degree
- At least 8 years of Project Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- At least 3 years of People Management experience
- At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Framemaker and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- At least 1 year of experience with Google applications such as Doc, Sheets, Slides, Drawio, etc.
- Must not require employer immigration support or sponsorship for employment authorization
