Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the product lifecycle, from structuring through publication and monitoring
- Keep workflows, business rules, and decision histories up to date
- Translate requests from customers, Sales, and partners into requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Lead functional acceptance testing for deliverables and new products, including checklists, evidence, and corrections
- Plan and conduct operational, launch, and refresher training on products
- Lead discovery through research, interviews, data analysis, and benchmarking
- Support pilots and tests, consolidating learnings
- Keep the backlog and roadmap up to date and propose priorities based on value, impact, risk, and effort
- Track delivery development with IT, clarifying requirements and removing business impediments
- Align expectations with Sales, IT, Legal, and Operations, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies
- Monitor category and assistance portfolio indicators, analyzing variances and action plans
- Evaluate partner and supplier performance and support renewals and negotiations
- Support market research and feasibility analyses for new products and partners
- Use AI for research, analysis, documentation, and productivity
- Participate in the design of automations and AI agents
- Flag regulatory and compliance risks, including SUSEP, ANS, NR-1, and LGPD, in collaboration with Legal
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 or more years of experience in product management or business analysis, including at least 2 years as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or business subject-matter expert
- Hands-on experience with discovery and gathering requirements, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience organizing and prioritizing backlogs, tracking roadmaps, conducting acceptance testing, and preparing functional/operational documentation
- Experience analyzing product metrics and business, customer, and operational indicators, including identifying root causes and defining action plans
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Familiarity with AI tools and critical judgment to validate their outputs
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences, organization, and a problem-solving mindset
- Analytical ability to support recommendations, negotiate requests, and align expectations
- Autonomy to lead initiatives, with attention to quality and the judgment to involve leadership when necessary
- Preferred: experience in benefits, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or B2B products
- Preferred: knowledge of the journeys of HR teams, client companies, beneficiaries, and partners
- Preferred: experience as a Product Owner or business subject-matter expert on development teams
- Preferred: SQL and data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI
- Preferred: familiarity with integrations between systems, APIs, and external partners
- Preferred: knowledge of RICE, MoSCoW, the 5 Whys, Pareto, 5W2H, PDCA, LGPD, privacy, and information security
- Preferred: experience with automation or no-code tools
