About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze Balance Transfer and Flex Loan product performance to drive product strategy
  • Understand customer needs, competitive environment, operations, and customer experience
  • Review analytical dashboards and support ongoing performance monitoring
  • Integrate digital funnel analytics and customer journey insights to identify friction points and increase conversion and repeat usage
  • Manage the product roadmap and align cross-functional partners
  • Lead and execute control initiatives to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Optimize marketing eligibility, product conversion rates, customer experience, and NPS
  • Coordinate presentations and updates for senior management and partners
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Analytics, Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams
  • Support ad hoc management requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-10 years of product management, product development or similar cross-functional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to source, analyze and distill data into insights
  • Execution and results oriented with a desire to drive change and continuous improvement
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Relationship building skills and ability to partner with a large cross-functional team in a matrixed environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
