Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key executive leader, reporting directly to the CEO
- Manage the global People function, including a team of four HR professionals
- Develop and execute HR strategies and culture aligned with Sentra’s ambitious goals and global growth
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for rapidly expanding teams in the US, Israel, and Europe
- Drive organizational development, including performance management, career growth, and leadership training programs
- Manage and mentor HR teams across both locations, ensuring a cohesive and high-performance culture
- Create and implement employee engagement and retention programs
- Partner with leadership to scale Sentra’s workforce while maintaining a strong company culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a global company, preferably within a startup environment
- Experience in hyper-growth Israeli-founded startups is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in cybersecurity startups is a plus
- Deep knowledge of labor regulations in both the US and Israel
- Proven expertise in recruitment, organizational development, and performance management
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Based in NYC area is a plus
