About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the next phase of growth for Caliber Public Safety
- Set the strategic direction of the business
- Lead operational objectives across sales, support, product development, and professional services
- Steer and inspire an executive team to achieve business targets
- Adapt and implement operational excellence for continuous business improvement
- Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets with the management team
- Develop new and existing organizational leaders
- Provide detailed quarterly briefings to senior corporate managers on business results and plans
- Provide monthly business updates to Senior Executives with the executive team
- Establish long-term technology strategies across all product lines with the Public Sector Group leadership team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of ten years’ experience at a senior leadership level
- Minimum of 5 years in the Law Enforcement and Justice market (Preferred)
- Preference given for Harris group experience
- Experience managing a multi-functional group with a minimum of 75+ team members
- Experience managing an entire Profit and Loss statement with at least $15M in revenue
