Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cloud engineering teams responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise cloud platforms
- Establish cloud engineering standards, operational procedures, and governance frameworks
- Drive cloud platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security
- Oversee cloud infrastructure lifecycle management and modernization initiatives

- Promote Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD integration, platform automation, self-service cloud capabilities, AIOps, and operational intelligence
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain secure cloud environments and support audit readiness and compliance certifications
- Serve as the senior technology leader for the local site and liaison between global technology leadership and local teams
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive work environment
- Recruit, develop, and retain cloud engineering talent
- Establish career development frameworks, conduct performance management and succession planning, and mentor engineering leaders
- Participate in local leadership forums and business reviews
- Support workforce planning, organizational growth, staffing, skills alignment, and operational readiness
- Represent the technology organization during site visits, executive reviews, and customer engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
- 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or platform operations
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing cloud or infrastructure engineering teams
- Experience managing enterprise-scale AWS and/or Azure environments
- Experience leading globally distributed teams
- Experience supporting large-scale cloud transformation initiatives
- Experience working with offshore or multi-site delivery organizations preferred
- Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Google Professional Cloud Architect, ITIL Foundation or higher, FinOps Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, and SAFe Leadership Certifications
