About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the technical and domain expert on Filevine’s Enterprise and Strategic deals
- Partner with Account Executives across the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, and closing
- Lead consultative discovery with sophisticated legal buyers
- Prepare and deliver tailored, story-driven product demonstrations
- Translate complex product and technical concepts for legal and technical audiences
- Research and recommend solutions from Filevine’s suite, including LOIS
- Influence strategic-account closing and win rates
- Travel for on-site discovery sessions, demos, conferences, and executive meetings
- Partner with sales, marketing, product, and sales engineering teams on talk tracks, demo flows, use cases, launches, and campaigns
- Support product demos, video and live-demo content, RFP responses, partner conferences, and on-sites
- Build and maintain demo environments
- Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing on pre-launch enablement
- Support internal sales certifications and training programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a mid-level associate from a leading law firm in M&A, litigation, or capital markets, with proximity to legal innovation
- Experience as a legal operations veteran from BigLaw, legal ops, managed services, an ALSP, or a legal-technology incumbent
- Experience as an in-house lawyer who has built or co-designed internal tools, automation, or knowledge systems
- Demonstrated interest in and fluency with legal technology and AI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including translating between technical product teams, marketing, and customer-facing audiences
- Dynamic storytelling ability with a persuasive, executive-ready presentation style
- Curious, consultative, problem-solving mindset
- Comfort operating in environments where messaging and product evolve quickly
- Ability to travel weekly, including one to three Enterprise/Strategic on-site requests per week
