Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leadership experience, including successfully managing other managers
- Extensive Solutions Engineering leadership experience within the Service Provider sector
- Deep understanding of the Americas Service Provider market landscape
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into compelling business value
- Technological fluency in Wireline and Wireless trends
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering leaders and C-suite stakeholders
- Direct leadership experience at a competitive Network Equipment Manufacturer (preferred)
- Deep expertise in the Service Provider market in the Americas (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams effectively (preferred)
- Experience defining strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving quota performance (preferred)
