Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical relationship for clients adopting the Enterprise Suite
- Work with client technology and business teams from discovery through trial, implementation, and launch, in coordination with Account Management
- Help clients decide what to build, get it into production, and expand usage over time
- Own technical discovery with client engineering, data, and business leaders
- Map client architecture and authentication requirements and scope Enterprise Suite use cases
- Partner with Account Executives on new deals, Implementation on rollouts, and Account Managers on existing accounts
- Own proofs of concept and trials and partner with Sales to move evaluations to close
- Guide clients from signed contract to production, including authenticating GraphQL requests, deploying across cloud, and configuring SSO and SCIM provisioning
- Serve as technical owner for a portfolio of accounts and grow Enterprise Suite adoption and consumption
- Own technical escalations by testing API requests and reviewing logs
- Turn field patterns into structured feedback for Engineering and Product
- Build scripts and internal tools to scale Support and Implementation handling of client requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in a client-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, solutions architect, or sales engineering, working with large enterprise clients
- Skilled at open-ended discovery and asking insightful questions before recommending a solution
- Adept at translating technical details into terms business stakeholders care about
- Hands-on engineering experience, such as software engineering or projects demonstrating the ability to write and debug code
- Understanding of REST or GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SCIM
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments and solve new problems independently
- Strong preference for experience selling to or performing Analyst roles in Banking, Asset Management, Private Markets, or corporate and consulting teams in complex enterprise environments
- Degree in computer science or a related technical field is nice to have
- Experience with MCP, LLM-based workflows, or AI agents is nice to have
