About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand clients’ day-to-day work, routines, and needs
- Study the systems used by clients and gather requirements for software configuration
- Contribute to the process of migrating information to the Atende.Net system
- Configure Atende.Net based on the information gathered, ensuring alignment with the client’s operations
- Become familiar with other market solutions and their data structures to ensure predictable and successful migrations
- Identify technical customization needs, open support tickets, and monitor progress with the Development teams
- Support the Implementation and Migration team with technical information
- Conduct on-site visits to clients when necessary
- Occasionally validate and approve specific workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento nas áreas de Tecnologia (Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, dentre outras), Engenharias ou na área da Regra de Negócio (Engenharia Sanitária, Administração Pública)
- Desejável conhecimento em legislação e normas públicas aplicáveis à área de Vigilância
- Desejável conhecimento em softwares utilizados na área de vigilância
- Perfil multitarefa, capaz de lidar com diferentes atividades simultaneamente
- Proatividade, boa comunicação e habilidade de trabalho em equipe
- Disciplina para trabalho home office
- Bom raciocínio lógico e atenção a detalhes
- Disponibilidade para viagens esporádicas
- Residir em RS, SC, PR, MG, SP, GO ou RJ
