Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the shipper delinquency process, identifying causes and coordinating resolution efforts with carriers
- Report on the status and progress of delinquency-related cases
- Ensure the proof-of-delivery receipt process is completed within the timeframe established by company policy
- Provide support and coordinate with carriers regarding the proof-of-delivery receipt process
- Control the payment flow and send daily reports to carriers
- Train new carriers on the proper use of the tools
- Monitor performance indicators and KPIs
- Track the results of the assigned carrier portfolio
- Monitor shippers’ daily credit limits to prevent loading suspensions
- Provide operational support to carriers
- Handle daily operational issues and exceptions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in logistics and road freight transportation roles
- Experience developing and monitoring KPIs
- Experience managing relationships with carriers and transportation service providers
- Experience handling operational challenges, transportation issues, and supply chain failures while finding effective solutions
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP tools and Power BI is considered an advantage
