About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation of Integrity Program initiatives, helping promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
- Support the mapping, review, and documentation of processes and internal controls.
- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen controls.
- Perform internal control monitoring activities and follow up on action plans.
- Update and monitor the department’s performance indicators, reports, and dashboards.
- Consolidate and process information from different systems and databases.
- Support third-party due diligence and monitoring activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for the department.
- Support continuous improvement projects related to processes, controls, and integrity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional experience in auditing, consulting, internal controls, process management, or related areas.
- Knowledge of process mapping and analysis.
- Knowledge of internal controls and risk management.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI for viewing and updating reports and dashboards.
- Analytical and organized profile, with an interest in working with processes, controls, and integrity.
- Availability to work in a hybrid 4-days-on-site, 1-day-remote model in São Paulo, SP.
