About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand clients’ day-to-day work, processes, and needs
- Study the systems used by clients and gather requirements for software configuration and information migration to Atende.Net
- Configure the Atende.Net system based on the information gathered
- Become familiar with other market solutions and their data structures to ensure predictable, structured migrations
- Identify the need for technical customizations, open support tickets, and monitor development
- Support the Implementation and Migration teams with technical information
- Conduct on-site visits to clients when necessary
- Occasionally validate and approve specific workflows
