About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support product research and development projects
- Develop, review, and track formulations, specifications, and technical documentation
- Conduct scientific research, literature reviews, and market trend analyses
- Plan, conduct, and monitor bench tests, pilot trials, sensory analyses, and shelf-life studies
- Select, qualify, and maintain technical relationships with suppliers
- Prepare technical materials, training sessions, presentations, and scientific content
- Support the Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams
- Participate in audits, trade shows, workshops, and training related to the field
- Mentor interns and junior professionals

- Understand and stay current with legislation applicable to the industry
- Uphold and promote the organization’s values and mission
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree, specialization, or master’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Professional experience in Research & Development, Innovation, Food, or Supplements is required
