Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the quality reference for Product, Development, Business, and Customer Support teams
- Participate in requirements analysis, identifying risks, business rules, and critical scenarios
- Define and execute strategies and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
- Create and maintain automated tests, contributing to the evolution of the product’s test automation strategy
- Use modern automation tools such as Playwright, as well as other technologies suited to the product’s needs
- Apply AI to QA for requirements analysis, scenario generation, test data creation, and activity automation
- Investigate defects and incidents, identify root causes, and track issues through resolution
- Validate integrations, APIs, configurations, and test environment conditions
- Document scenarios, evidence, defects, and results clearly and objectively
- Contribute to the evolution of the team’s quality processes, practices, and metrics
- Support the continuous expansion of knowledge about financial market products and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in Software Quality, QA, or Quality Engineering
- Experience planning, designing, and executing tests
- Knowledge of testing techniques, risk analysis, and defect investigation
- Experience with test automation
- Knowledge of Playwright or similar tools such as Selenium or Cypress
- Knowledge of API and integration testing
- Knowledge of SQL and databases such as SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Ability to understand business rules and translate them into test scenarios
- Interest in and practical experience using AI to improve productivity and efficiency in QA
- Strong communication and organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to product quality
- Preferred: experience with Treasury operations at financial institutions
- Preferred: knowledge of Treasury-related operations, processes, and systems
- Preferred: experience with fixed-income, equities, or other financial instruments
- Preferred: knowledge of BDD and agile methodologies
- Preferred: experience creating quality metrics and indicators
- Preferred: experience with AI-assisted IDEs and development tools
- Preferred: knowledge of AI tools applied to automation and software engineering
