About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure all data flow is working properly
- Verify that the algorithm is working as specified
- Confirm that the entire system is consistent with requirements
- Access channel platforms and check whether Quartile's database is coherent with them
- Open tickets and follow up with other tech teams
- Analyze and answer internal and external client tickets
- Understand Quartile's system and check its daily operations
- Analyze and validate new products
- Develop reports and documentation

- Optimize verification and validation through continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in Engineering or other exact areas
- Professional experience solving problems
- Advanced Excel (vlookup, pivot table, sumif, countif, conditional formatting, etc.)
- Advanced to Fluent English proficiency required
- Must be based in Brazil
- PJ contract
