About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own customer lifecycle management for US Cards from first transaction through the full customer relationship
- Own the product vision and roadmap from market parity through growth beyond parity
- Manage credit line management, spend and engagement growth, balance growth, pricing, proposition management, retention, and reactivation
- Shape the mobile app experience to drive activation, spend, and engagement
- Build new credit propositions alongside the core Cards product
- Write and resolve tickets, prototype, and own implementation and design decisions
- Use AI tools to build, test, and analyse quickly
- Bring Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science, and Compliance stakeholders together
- Partner closely with the US Cards Managing Director
- Set measurable goals, judge impact by business metrics, and champion experimentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Track record of owning product outcomes end to end
- Ability to make tough calls under ambiguity, own decisions, and course-correct based on evidence
- Strong analytical instinct, including identifying anomalies and finding underlying drivers
- Comfort working hands-on by writing and resolving tickets, prototyping, and making implementation and design decisions
- Real fluency with AI tools for building, testing, and analysis
- Ability to lead through influence across Credit, Growth, Design, Data Science, and Compliance
- Experience with consumer credit lifecycle levers such as credit line management, pricing, retention, and reactivation (nice to have)
- Experience shaping mobile app journeys for activation and engagement (nice to have)
- Ability to work in the office three days per week
- Right to work in the UK
