About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team from request intake through shipment
- Review new requests in Asana with Marketing stakeholders
- Ensure each request includes a complete creative brief
- Prioritize work and reduce back-and-forth that distracts designers
- Build, maintain, adapt and optimize processes from request to delivery
- Partner with Marketing Program Management on large annual marketing initiatives
- Set start dates and deliverable milestones with clear rationale
- Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early
- Organize project files and deliverables for rapid retrieval
- Build reporting on team output and qualitative and quantitative impact
- Report to the Director of Marketing Creative and collaborate with designers and motion designers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience running project delivery for an in-house creative, design or marketing team
- Experience owning intake and setting standards for complete creative briefs
- Fluency in a work management tool; Asana experience
- Ability to plan across many teams and set milestones
- Ability to turn scattered feedback into clear next steps
- Ability to identify process issues and propose fixes
- Ability to influence through rationale, data and diplomacy
- Nice to have: experience reporting on creative-work outcomes with data
- Nice to have: familiarity with brand or motion design workflows
- Nice to have: background in B2B software or industrial marketing
- Must be able to work in the location listed for the role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must disclose whether employer support or visa sponsorship is needed
