About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the operating rhythm of the Brand Design team from request intake through delivery
- Review new requests with Marketing stakeholders and ensure complete creative briefs
- Prioritize team work and reduce back-and-forth for designers
- Build, maintain, adapt and optimize processes from request to delivery
- Partner with Marketing Program Management on large annual marketing initiatives
- Set start dates and deliverable milestones
- Track team capacity against demand and raise trade-offs early
- Organize project files and deliverables for rapid retrieval
- Build qualitative and quantitative reporting on team output and impact
- Report to the Director of Marketing Creative and work alongside designers and motion designers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience running project delivery for an in-house creative, design or marketing team
- Experience owning intake and setting standards for complete creative briefs
- Fluency with a work management tool; Asana experience
- Experience planning across many teams and setting milestones
- Ability to turn scattered feedback into clear next steps
- Ability to identify broken processes and propose fixes
- Ability to influence through rationale, data and diplomacy
- Experience reporting on creative work outcomes with data (nice to have)
- Familiarity with brand or motion design workflows (nice to have)
- Background in B2B software or industrial marketing (nice to have)
