About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional service, expertise, and support to the Payroll and Implementation teams
- Identify and implement system configuration setup and changes needed to deliver global payroll services
- Maintain knowledge of company services, global payroll compliance, and HRIS topics relevant to implementation
- Configure and test Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Time Off modules for new implementation clients
- Perform parallel payroll testing to verify payroll code calculations and taxation comply with regulations
- Customize payroll workflows in Salesforce CRM
- Load client employee data and complete paycheck history data mapping
- Temporarily process global payroll for new clients during transition to ongoing support
- Provide backup US and global payroll processing support
- Create and maintain client training documents and recorded resources
- Conduct timecard training for client managers and employees
- Set up and test payroll codes, including earning, deduction, and memo codes
- Review benefit plan setups, deduction-code mappings, and tax treatment
- Review employee handbooks, time-off policy mappings, and configuration requirements
- Collaborate with HR and Benefits teams
- Attend implementation kickoffs, weekly status meetings, internal operations meetings, and monthly Payroll & Implementation meetings
- Partner with payroll leadership to improve efficiency and streamline payroll processes
Requirements

- Ability to organize and prioritize
- High analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, time management, organization, and teamwork
- Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple internal and external parties to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field, or equivalent
- 7+ years of US and global payroll processing experience, including hands-on payroll implementation and system configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll technologies, specifically ADP Workforce Now
- FPC/CPP certification
- Paylocity and Rippling experience is a plus
