About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and facilitate quarterly and annual roadmap planning, connecting business goals, squad capacity, and committed delivery
- Prepare and deliver Advisors Leadership Forum updates on behalf of the Platform organization
- Organize sprint demos and run retrospectives that drive behavioral change
- Own the connection between planned work, shipped work, and lessons learned
- Design and own the end-to-end development process from intake and requirements through build and delivery
- Build and run an intake framework scoring requests against business impact, strategic alignment, squad capacity, and effort
- Define roles and responsibilities across product management, engineering, design, and data
- Partner with product managers to pressure-test scope, surface dependencies, and prevent scope creep
- Own delivery execution across the Platform organization, track commitments, surface risks, and drive accountability
- Raise and resolve blockers and escalate issues when needed
- Represent Platform priorities in cross-functional conversations and support the full squad model
- Track and report development hours and team capacity
- Partner with finance on budget visibility, variances, and resource planning
- Own Platform health metrics including delivery velocity, planning accuracy, intake cycle times, uptime, and SLAs where applicable
- Serve as the primary interface between Platform and compliance, legal, finance, BI, and people functions
- Work directly with and on behalf of the Chief Platform Officer, providing leadership visibility and decision support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in program management, PMO leadership, or a senior operational role inside a product and/or technology organization
- Proven track record of building operating models from the ground up
- Deep fluency in agile product delivery
- Experience designing and running trusted intake and prioritization frameworks
- Experience running quarterly roadmaps, sprint demos, retrospectives, and executive-facing updates
- Strong command of sizing and estimation methodologies
- Skilled facilitation and decision-driving ability
- Proactive escalation and blocker management
- Experience owning budget tracking and resource allocation
- Experience coordinating across central functions
- Experience building executive-facing reporting
- Data fluency, including defining metrics, reading dashboards, and making decisions from analysis
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities
- Availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus, not a requirement
- Ability to work in a professional office environment or dedicated home office workspace
- No heavy lifting over 10 lbs
