About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct International and Emerging Markets Advisory Service Operations projects, processes, and relationships
- Lead complex international projects, strategic initiatives, engagements, and relationships
- Oversee strategic planning, tactical deployment, project development, infrastructure development, and service integration
- Establish standardized practices and scalable operating models
- Lead cross-functional projects involving stakeholders within and outside International and Emerging Markets
- Facilitate client engagements, design and conduct complex analytics, solve problems, craft client deliverables, set goals and timelines, and execute implementation plans
- Manage projects and relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget
- Manage teams of caregivers across international markets and Cleveland Clinic functions
- Develop the ASO toolkit and perspective, including frameworks, analytics, project-management processes, tools, templates, and training
- Build executive and client relationships, influence decision-making, and guide project execution
- Recruit, hire, onboard, evaluate, engage, and mentor ASO caregivers
- Lead internal ASO projects that improve team effectiveness, engagement, people processes, and skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Care Administration, or related field
- 15 years of work experience, with the majority in healthcare management and services
- Senior-level hospital leadership experience with achievement and ability to influence operational change in large organizations, including external clients
- Extensive healthcare industry/provider operations experience and technical expertise such as project development, LEAN transformation, strategic transaction management, or service implementation
- Ability to conceptualize approaches, frame strategic plans, and execute deliverables
- Ability to lead executives/clients through complex problem-solving processes and inspire teams of caregivers
- Ability to structure and guide complex assessments/analytics
- Ability to build relationships with senior executives and provide critical thought partnership
- Ability to develop and write complex presentations for any audience using multiple formats
- Strong presentation/facilitation skills and senior executive presence
- Must comply with Cleveland Clinic’s annual influenza prevention program or obtain an approved exemption
