About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee product management, product development, and data and analytics functions to drive profitable growth within Personal Lines
- Lead the advancement of personal lines strategic product objectives
- Develop and execute a data and analytics strategy to support decision-making
- Lead development and management of the Personal Lines financial framework covering growth, profitability, retention, and performance drivers
- Support pricing and analytical modeling work
- Collaborate with product managers and pricing actuaries to develop and implement pricing strategies
- Drive continuous improvement to pricing sophistication
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team
- Set goals and expectations and ensure team resources and support

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- 5 years of leadership experience
- 5 years in a product, pricing, or analytics role
- Leadership and team management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance or related field is preferred
- Candidates within 50 miles of an office location are offered a hybrid schedule; fully remote candidates may occasionally travel to an office for in-person activities
