Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast as the basis for purchasing, production, and inventory decisions
- Identify structural trends, product mix imbalances, and shifts in demand at an early stage
- Develop recommendations for the Supply Team Lead and Lead Buyer
- Translate the demand plan into concrete ordering processes for finished products in Weclapp
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs, including delivery date and ETD tracking
- Derive optimization measures
- Reduce manual effort in order processing through system- and AI-supported automation
- Take ownership of your area of responsibility from start to finish, including decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience with Weclapp or a comparable ERP system
- Experience independently creating and maintaining a rolling forecast
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools
- Experience monitoring supply chain KPIs and deriving optimization measures from them
- German language skills at C1 level or above and English language skills at B1 level or above
- Initial experience with AI-supported automation is a plus
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, or Finance is a plus
