Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain a rolling 12-month forecast as the basis for purchasing, production, and inventory decisions
- Identify structural trends, product mix imbalances, and shifts in demand at an early stage
- Develop recommendations for action for the TL Supply and Lead Buyer
- Translate the demand plan into specific ordering processes for finished products in Weclapp
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs, including delivery-date tracking/ETD
- Derive optimization measures from KPI insights
- Reduce manual effort in order processing through system- and AI-powered automation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience with Weclapp or a comparable ERP system
- Ability to independently create and maintain a rolling forecast
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
- Experience monitoring supply chain KPIs and deriving optimization measures from them
- German proficiency at C1 level or higher
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Initial experience with AI-powered automation is a plus
- Cross-functional experience working with Marketing, Product, or Finance is a plus
