About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support for an active e-commerce store, with responsibility for technical operations, systems, and processes
- Maintain and further develop the Shopify store, including products, pages, apps, landing pages, and sales promotions
- Set up and optimize Zendesk/Gorgias macros, views, and automations
- Coordinate order routing, inventory reconciliation, and returns processes
- Perform daily checks of orders, returns, and irregularities
- Modify and export existing graphic files in Photoshop
Requirements
What you’ll need- German proficiency at C1–C2 level
- At least 1 year of hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or comparable support systems
- Basic Photoshop skills
- Technical understanding and structured thinking
- Excellent spoken and written German
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
