Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the engagement lifecycle, owning the relationship from kickoff through delivery
- Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders through clear communication, transparency, and accountability
- Lead client-facing ceremonies including kickoff sessions, status meetings, demos, and executive updates
- Manage expectations by providing timely, accurate updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Own issue and escalation management, triaging concerns, coordinating resolution, and communicating action plans to clients
- Partner with clients on scope changes and evolving requirements
- Own the end-to-end delivery plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across all workstreams
- Proactively identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment
- Ensure tasks are defined, assigned, followed up on, and completed as committed
- Translate delivery progress into updates for clients and internal leadership
- Escalate delivery risks internally and drive corrective actions
- Maintain a high-level understanding of solution architecture, integrations, tools, and delivery approaches
- Participate in technical discussions and design reviews
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented insights
- Connect engineers, data scientists, architects, and client teams
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, data, QA, cloud, and project stakeholders
- Support planning, onboarding, and capacity alignment
- Clarify priorities and reinforce ownership across the delivery team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience delivering technology projects in a client-facing or consulting environment
- Good understanding of modern software delivery practices (Agile, cloud-native architectures, APIs, CI/CD, data platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value
- Proven experience owning delivery outcomes, timelines, and client relationships
- Preferred: Background in software engineering, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related field
- Preferred: Experience delivering AI/ML or analytics-driven solutions
- Preferred: Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud environments
- Preferred: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Preferred: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and project tracking dashboards
