Key responsibilities & impact- Own enterprise setup programs end to end from kickoff through go-live and hyper-care
- Determine how customer requirements can be addressed within the platform
- Enable integrations using standard APIs, SSO, and configuration patterns without custom buildouts
- Work with product and engineering to identify gaps and advocate for scalable solutions
- Own program plan, scope, and change control against the Statement of Work
- Support the Technical Program Lead with requirements, design documents, and acceptance-criteria sign-off
- Run customer communications, cadence, governance, and reporting
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, including customer-side issues
- Lead handover to Customer Success at go-live or hyper-care exit
- Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and supporting materials
- Represent programs in internal capacity and exception reviews
- Build repeatable playbooks, documentation, and delivery artifacts
- Run multiple programs simultaneously in a delivery pod with technical, integration, migration, and product teams
- Report to the COO
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in program or engagement management, consulting, product management, or another delivery-facing role
- Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations end to end
- Experience in wealth management, private banking and/or asset management is a prerequisite
- Comfortable managing customer scope and timelines
- Structured and highly organized, with ability to produce written plans, governance cadences, and actionable reporting
- Broad technical literacy across enterprise SaaS delivery
- Experience with API-based integrations, SSO and security configuration, data migration and mapping
- Enough SQL knowledge to read and question a data mapping
- Ability to build working fluency in the customer's business domain within 90 days
- Familiarity with advice and suitability workflows and customer reporting
- ITIL Foundation, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) beneficial but not required
- Comfortable with APIs, data structures, OAuth/SAML authentication flows, and deployment models
- Ability to inspect logs, payloads, and basic SQL or Python when needed
- Ability to work within platform-aligned, scalable solutions
- Expected to travel 40% of the time to customer sites and Performativ's Copenhagen head office
