Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the production and delivery of monthly BAU expense MI
- Coordinate annual planning, forecasting, recut and reforecast processes for BAU expenses
- Review and challenge consolidated expense submissions, including ledger reconciliation and analysis of material variances and cost drivers
- Produce analysis and commentary on business performance, risks and opportunities for senior stakeholders
- Lead quarterly financial updates for PGMS and RUKSL Boards
- Support design, testing and implementation of finance systems, reporting enhancements and new processes
- Develop and maintain reporting, forecasting and governance processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Expenses function
Requirements
What you’ll need- CA/ACCA post-qualified experience in financial services
- Financial reporting experience with a demonstrable track record of reporting accounts to board level
- Background in management information production
- People management experience
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM/EPBCS and add-ins (desirable)
- Proficiency with Power BI dashboards (desirable)
- Qualified accountant
