Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning and execution of internal communications projects, campaigns, and initiatives for Grupo Positivo employees
- Develop content for institutional and internal channels, including magazines, newsletters, announcements, campaigns, intranet, corporate TV, websites, and web and online channels
- Plan and execute commemorative initiatives for employees, focusing on engagement and an improved employee experience
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, such as the year-end celebration
- Assist with hiring vendors for engagement initiatives, visual communications, and graphic production
- Manage internal communications channels, such as the Homepage, email marketing, WhatsApp, and Corporate TV, maintaining contacts and system updates
- Participate in brainstorming sessions by contributing market insights, suggestions, and ideas to improve the employee experience in alignment with the company’s culture and purpose
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications—Journalism, Advertising, Organizational Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
- Strong writing, content production, and grammar skills
- Proven previous experience in the role
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and possessing a digital mindset
- Previous experience at large companies is a plus
- Understanding of data analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
