About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze operational data to support planning and decision-making
- Develop the network replenishment plan in accordance with established policies
- Track the execution of replenishment schedules from order creation through receipt at the destination facility
- Monitor inventory levels in conjunction with storage capacity
- Track execution of the production plan, ensuring scheduling aligns with inventory availability, the demand plan, and receiving capacity
- Identify future stockout risks and take preventive action to mitigate them
- Monitor area performance indicators, such as Warehouse Fill Rate, and propose actions to prevent inventory disruptions
- Actively participate in weekly S&OE meetings, contributing replenishment information and highlighting key areas of concern
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Technical knowledge of SAP
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
- Technical knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules; experience with Margin Minder-UXT is a plus
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a plus
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:18 p.m.
