Key responsibilities & impact- Support the technology infrastructure and connectivity environment across on-premises, cloud, and edge data centers
- Ensure the security, performance, and continuous, efficient availability of services
- Administer Windows and Linux servers
- Resolve incidents, implement changes, execute projects, and ensure high availability
- Support and maintain the native logical network services of Windows and Linux architectures
- Centrally administer the Google Workspace (G Suite) platform
- Manage and provide ongoing support for cybersecurity solutions, including backup, antivirus, and content filtering
- Provide technical support to the Development and Infrastructure teams
- Participate in technical discussions with partners and vendors to select technology solutions offering the best cost-benefit ratio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor's degree, preferably in Technology or IT-related fields
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux
- Practical knowledge of IIS, Active Directory (AD), DNS, RADIUS, and Certificate Authority (CA)
- Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
- Experience with AWS Cloud and FinOps practices
- Experience monitoring environments with Zabbix
- Experience administering Google Workspace (G Suite) and working with Jira and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Entra ID and MFA tools, such as ADSelfService
- Experience with VMware and Veritas NetBackup
