About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the operational administration of insured and non-insured employee benefits
- Process and monitor monthly and weekly enrollment and eligibility changes
- Review invoices, cost allocations, payroll codes, and eligibility databases
- Reconcile enrollment records and identify potential discrepancies
- Monitor billing processes and ensure information is reviewed accurately
- Analyze data and prepare/review reports
- Organize and maintain process-related documents and information
- Provide customer service and support to clients
- Help resolve and manage conflicts and requests
- Liaise with clients, benefit providers, insurers, and other parties involved in the processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department’s processes and routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with benefits administration, customer service, and/or related activities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and information-review skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional experience in benefits administration
- Experience in insurance brokerages, insurance companies, or Human Resources departments
- Knowledge of employee benefits
- Experience with billing, invoice review, and cost allocations
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Availability to work on-site once a week in the South Zone of São Paulo
