About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote Supermicro complete system attach rate and increase EMEA market share
- Participate in sales project inquiries and help win deals
- Follow up on sales order movement and quotation progress
- Arrange component test validation and track completion timelines to support business demand
- Provide training to sales, FAE, Product Management, or customers upon request
- Manage purchase orders and evaluate vendor performance and improvement
- Enhance supply allocation and SPA or price protection to benefit the company
- Maintain and improve vendor relationships and participate in partner events or QBRs
- Monitor inventory levels and take timely action to meet business requirements
- Manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing business needs
- Develop products and business models from the ground up
- Engage with executives inside Supermicro and with partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum bachelor’s degree; master’s degree is preferred
- Major in Electronic Engineering is a plus
- 2+ years of related computer system or key components work experience in Product Management or Sales
- Competent in reading, writing, and speaking English is required
- Other European languages and Chinese are a plus
- Microsoft Office work experience is essential, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ownership and reliability
- Good communication skills, with clear written and verbal expression across departments and geographies
- Good negotiation skills and high accuracy with numbers
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and accept challenges
- Strong team spirit and structured time management
- Potential for leadership
