Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of personal injury/clinical negligence claims and the law applicable to the role
- Familiarity with Pre-Action Protocols
- Familiarity with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
- Familiarity with funding within the personal injury/clinical negligence field
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented approach
- Passion for providing exceptional client care
- Proficiency in IT applications
- Competence using electronic case management systems
- Availability to attend the Nottingham office for a final-stage interview on Wednesday 4th November or Monday 16th November if shortlisted
