About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, model, and execute high-impact business strategies across messaging, voice, and AI communications ecosystems with executive leadership
  • Drive end-to-end alignment across Carrier Relations, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and go-to-market teams
  • Own VP-level strategic goals and deliver mission-critical projects while optimizing customer experience
  • Synthesize complex technical and strategic data into executive presentations, strategic memos, and board-level reporting
  • Perform data analysis and build quantitative models for complex, unstructured business challenges
  • Lead as subject matter expert for global connectivity initiatives, advising executive leadership and driving reach, quality, and profitability
  • Unlock new customer use cases, improve the global telecommunications network, and drive profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product, or growth roles
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical, operational, and financial data into concise written memos and executive presentations
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance from individual contributor to VP levels
  • Proven ability to think critically and apply structured problem-solving techniques to unfamiliar challenges
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization, e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau, Coefficient, Airtable
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Role is remote but not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings
