Skill in verbal communications to clearly convey complex problems in both formal and informal situations
Ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with a patient population in varying degrees of health
Ability to facilitate physician scheduling and patient prioritization in virtual environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience with Epic or comparable Electronic Health Record
Final candidate accepting an offer must disclose certain final administrative or judicial misconduct decisions or appeals from the last seven years
