About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage multiple Solution Provider and Channel Partner integration initiatives
  • Prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure timely execution
  • Partner with Business, Product, and Technology teams to translate requirements into actionable plans
  • Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, integration challenges, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop metrics, reporting, and insights to measure program performance
  • Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Simplify and improve processes and develop scalable approaches for Solution Provider onboarding and integration
  • Support API ecosystem and onboarding process initiatives
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • Proven expertise and experience in the API integration space
  • Program and project management skills, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Understanding of technology operations, system integration, and organizational strategy
  • Leadership experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a related area
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
