About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of operational initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in operations and project management
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple work streams
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable business recommendations
- Demonstrated success in driving business efficiency through process improvements and innovative solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively
- Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Sound judgment in prioritizing tasks and managing budgets
- Ability to work in a drug-free workplace and comply with Walmart’s no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
