About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multiple Realty execution projects and ensure timely completion of scope and deliverables
- Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with design managers to implement design changes and resolve issues
- Direct associates and contractors on project processes, timelines, and merchandise placement
- Communicate project plans, risks, and adjustments to stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives
- Drive corrective actions as necessary

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
- Proven expertise managing multiple realty execution projects
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
