Key responsibilities & impact- Provide functional and technical support for enterprise systems, with a focus on ERP and integrations
- Resolve incidents and support the rapid stabilization of critical operations
- Manage incidents related to financial processes, billing, and other key business processes
- Monitor integrations, identify failures, and perform root cause analysis of recurring issues
- Develop integrations, APIs, automations, and technical solutions to reduce manual activities
- Create scripts, SQL queries, views, procedures, and small supporting applications
- Configure systems and implement improvements securely and with full traceability
- Serve as the technical point of reference before engaging vendors and validate their deliverables
- Document workflows, integrations, configurations, and solutions
- Provide technical support to the team by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Participate in strategic projects, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production releases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience supporting and/or enhancing ERP systems
- Experience integrating systems
- Experience investigating and resolving complex incidents and performing root cause analysis
- Experience liaising with vendors and validating deliverables
- Experience with integration testing, user acceptance testing, and change implementation
- Experience creating technical and functional documentation
- Preferred: Experience with critical billing operations, finance, accounting close, and supply chain/logistics
- Preferred: Experience mentoring junior professionals and sharing knowledge
- Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Commerce Cloud, WMS, CRM, and foreign trade (Comex)
