Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously improve end-to-end listing onboarding operations to meet the company’s required pace and quality
- Develop and implement new acquisition and listing onboarding approaches with Sales and other cross-functional teams
- Identify and close tool and process gaps so the team operates with sustainable systems instead of manual workarounds
- Manage program budgets and vendor relationships, including selecting external partners as needed
- Lead joint programs with peer leaders from planning through execution and take on new projects as team priorities evolve
- Represent the team in internal team meetings, cross-functional forums, and leadership settings as needed
- Track key program metrics, determine causes of performance declines, and identify and activate levers to get back on track
- Represent Airbnb Luxe, a curated collection of verified luxury accommodations, while supporting the company’s travel marketplace and host ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 8 years of experience in program management or operations, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth, cross-functional environment
- Proven experience managing an end-to-end pipeline or funnel, from design through steady-state operations, including budget management and vendor accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including dashboard creation and data-driven decision-making
- Advanced data analytics skills are desirable, such as SQL
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce, including dashboard and report creation and diagnosing and resolving pipeline or automation issues
- Ability to execute with urgency and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Proven experience managing a matrixed organization and building relationships with cross-functional sales, product, and technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the presence and judgment to represent the team in leadership settings
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and quality
- Candidates must reside in Canada
