Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the department responsible for operational support, including Business Analysts

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, operational excellence, analytics, workforce planning, or field service operations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational planning efforts
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing professional-level teams and driving operational results
- Strong working understanding of Microsoft tools, Airtable, Power BI, and Tableau Next
- Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and improve data reporting tools, leadership dashboards, and business operation models
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior leaders, establish operational strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes across multiple collaborators
- Experience leading analytics, enablement, or business operations teams in a field service or gaming environment is preferred
- Background in workforce planning, capacity modeling, demand forecasting, or operational cost analysis is preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site operations and executive leadership reporting is preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, project management, or continuous improvement certification is highly desirable
