About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the strategic vision, direction, and operational management of the rewards platform
  • Oversee platform strategy, planning, value case formation, and roadmap creation with key stakeholders
  • Lead a team of 20+ associates
  • Lead third-party relationships for platform development, maintenance, and oversight
  • Create and manage the strategic roadmap for the loyalty platform
  • Oversee operational functions from intake through QA and continuous improvement
  • Manage development and adherence to regulatory and contractual guidelines
  • Ensure rewards programs meet brand contractual obligations
  • Lead and motivate teams, aligning people and technology with business decisions
  • Ensure the proper control framework and facilitate audit activities
  • Collaborate with product owners and teams to align product strategy with execution
  • Report to VP and above; manage 2–5 direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 13–15 years in financial services, marketing, retail, IT, or analytics
  • 6+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in the rewards and loyalty space
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
  • Master’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • Prior leadership experience in a similar role preferred

  • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship
  • F-1 student visa holders are not eligible
  • Ability to travel up to 5% annually
