About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory
- Assist with new display setups and reset existing product displays
- Pack out grocery orders when needed
- Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly
- Clean, straighten, and organize shelves
- Remain accountable for completing work by assigned due dates
Requirements
What you’ll need- General Equivalency Diploma (General Studies) or High School Diploma (General Studies)
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs
- Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service
- Communication skills including speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Capability to read and interpret written information and comprehend simple instructions
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Weekend/holiday flexibility
